Cancellation Policy
I charge a 15% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is given for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee or cancellation charge may apply depending on the service booked.
